In collaboration with Imperial College London and Hefei University in China, Astraterra developed a novel jamming interference detection method based on fractional Fourier transform for Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) receivers.

In this project, several novel optimal fractional order determination approaches of the fractional Fourier transform including First Order Moment of Magnitude and Peak-to-Average Ratio of Magnitude are used respectively in order to reduce the computational complexity of the state-of-the-art generalized time-fractional bandwidth product technique, to accelerate the search procedures to improve search and interference detection efficiency. This resulted in improved search and interference detection efficiency
