The Institute for Security Science and Technology (ISST) at Imperial College London by the World Bank was awarded a contract to support a data assessment and investigation into the cybersecurity maturity of healthcare systems across Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMIC) . Representing the ISST team, Prof. Mireille Elhajj, alongside other team members, played a major role in conducting field research in Andhra Pradesh, India. The team visited key institutions, including the Andhra Pradesh Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Andhra Pradesh Technology Services (APTS), and the Andhra Pradesh Cyber Security Operations Centre (APCSOC). leveraging her expertise, Mireille actively engaged with government managers and cybersecurity experts to assess and analyse the state of cybersecurity within the region's healthcare systems.
